CTRF Vendors & Entertainers
All vendors from the 2007 and 2008 season are welcome to set up tents and vend at the 2009 Faires. Since CTRF is having two Faires in 2009, vendors can attend both Faires, or just one Faire, the choice is yours. Space fees are the same for both Faires.
The CTRF Council would like to encourage all returning Vendors to build more permanent structures for your Shoppe. There is some construction material on site that can be used on a first come first get basis. The Council is considering some incentives for vendors who do put up permanent Shoppes.
All Construction plans must be approved by the Site Director and the Council must approve the plan. We will attempt to expediate any plan submitted for approval to give the vendor appropriate time to complete the construction prior to Faire opening.
